Camp High Point in Mena, Arkansas and Camp Karlton Kemp in Texarkana, Arkansas are available for rent through Conifer Area Properties. You can rent the whole camp, single units or even a single cabin for your family. The grounds can be used for family getaways, church activities, community events, weddings, corporate retreats and more! Donate!

CAP’s goal is to become self-sustaining through funds received from rentals. We are constantly growing closer to reaching this goal; however, funding is still needed to make repairs and to maintain and improve the grounds so that we are better able to meet the needs of potential renters. Your donations help us to accomplish these things and will help us to one day reach our goal to be self-sustaining. You can donate through PayPal or by mailing a check. Volunteer!

CAP is always looking for volunteers to assist us with various functions. One of the most common ways you can help is by attending our work days so that we can maintain and improve our two properties. Join our “CAP Crew” Facebook page for updates on future work days. Become a CAP Representative!

Another way you can volunteer is by becoming a CAP Representative. Stay at Camp High Point when renters are present and act as the primary contact person. Email us at admin@coniferareaproperties.com if you are interested in being a CAP Representative.

CAP is currently looking for more Board Members. We are particularly interested in people with backgrounds in business, finance, marketing, web design and social media.
